Having previously served as Resolution’s head of technology, Gästrin played a key role in developing the studio’s proprietary technology platform ‘Fidelity’ and establishing the Resolution Tech studio in Linkoping, Sweden. His vast experience includes stints at mobile gaming giant King and global retailer H&M, where he honed his skills in product development and technology leadership.
Resolution Games is renowned for its VR and AR titles, including popular games like Demeo, Racket Club, and Angry Birds VR: Isle of Pigs. Gästrin’s promotion to CTO comes at a pivotal time for the company, as it seeks to capitalize on the growing spatial computing market and expand its portfolio of immersive gaming experiences.
